Lou Reed 'hudson river wind meditations'

DISK UNIONでLou Reedの'hudson river wind meditations'を見つけた
情報も何もなかったので最初新譜なのかも分からずお店の人に聞いてみると
「新譜なんですが、何だか実験的なアンビエント風の音らしいんです、、、」との応え

裏ジャケットにLouの大きな顔写真と共に長い但し書きが＿

First composed this music for myself as an adjunct to meditation, Tai Chi,bodywork,and as music to play in the background of life-to replace the everyday cacophony with new and ordered sounds of an unpredictable nature.
New sounds freed from preconception...
I hope you find as much use for this music as I have in both writing and listening to it and exploring inner spaces.

何となく'70年代の'Metal Machine Music'を思い出した
アナログ盤二枚組の「ミュージック・コンクリート」
物議を呼んだ問題作＿

その時のことがあるのだろうか
文章には誤解のないように、との思いが滲んでいる

どうしようか少し悩んだけれど購入することにした
沢山の新譜の中で他に聴いてみたいと思える物がなかったこともある
ROCK MUSICはとうに青春の時期を越えてしまったようだ
触れただけで切れそうな衝動を持った音に出会うことは殆どない
まれにあったとしても耐久性に乏しくすぐに飽きてしまうのだ
今は繰り返し焼き直され微細な「解釈」の妙を競ういわば盆栽の展示会のようなものだろう
少し離れてみればどれもこれもが似たような物でしかない
ROCKは予想もしなかった老成期に向けてこれからどう生きるかが問われている
夭折できなかったのであれば無様にでも生き抜いていくしかない
でもそこにも大切な意味があるはずだ

Lou Reedはその殆どの時代で音楽を作り続けてきた
歴史に残る珠玉の名作もあればそうでないものもある
そしてVelvets 時代から現在まで首尾一貫した作家性で貫かれている
そんなアーティストは他に何人もいるものではない

次へ行くために通らなければならないこと
その為の'hudson river wind meditations'なのだろう


取り立てて何が良いのかも分からず 深夜仕事をしながら繰り返し聴いている
それでもこれだけ依存性がある作品は久しぶりかも知れない
ふと前作でのことを確認したくなり'the Raven'を引っ張り出して聴いてみたら全く違う音に聞こえて驚いた
Lou Reedは今新しい心の風景を探しているのだろう

このあとゾクゾクするようなロックンロールが飛び出す予感がする＿

Thanks for posting this post. I'm undoubtedly frustrated with struggling to search out pertinent and intelligent commentary on this topic. Everyone now goes towards the really far extremes to either drive property their viewpoint that either. every person else inside the planet is wrong, or two that every person but them doesn't genuinely realize the scenario.
